I was not someone who ever imagined enjoying public speaking. But, I had a vision for what I wanted to create. Then, it just became appropriate that I be the one to address the crowd. So, from 2010-2024, I have evolved from a nervous, reticent speaker to someone who savors the opportunity to deliver a compelling message from stage. After over thirty speaking engagements in a vast range of settings, I now have a whole new relationship to the experience. Public speaking may be one of the top fears because it also holds some of the greatest power to reach people and make a positive impact.

I can help you build confidence and feel fully prepared to step into your power as a speaker.

First is the private collaboration to craft a message that captures your truth and stretches your growing edge. We’ll co-create a speech that has you excited (and the right amount of nervous) to get up there and reach people.

Then, we’ll arrange for practice, so you can let your body adjust to the experience of speaking in front of people.
